Question 1

How are your guides and comparisons prepared?

Accepted Answer

The About page describes our practical research. Each guide sets out its scope and notes: the dog-travel comparison is a dated manual snapshot, not a live price feed, while the cat-litter guide contains research notes marked needs_review, not verified claims or a fresh review.

Question 2

Are prices and product details always current?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices, ratings, stock, specifications, delivery details and terms can change. Check the retailer or manufacturer listing before buying, including the dog-travel comparison or cat-litter guide, and read our Terms of Use.

Question 3

Do affiliate links cost extra?

Accepted Answer

Some links are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the site may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Read the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Question 4

Who takes payment and fulfils an order?

Accepted Answer

The retailer takes payment and fulfils the order, and controls checkout, stock, delivery, returns and terms. This site is a publisher, not the retailer, and does not process the purchase. Read the Affiliate Disclosure.

Question 5

Who should I contact about an existing order, delivery or return?

Accepted Answer

Contact the retailer directly about an existing order, delivery or return. For questions about our guides, products or recommendations, use the Contact page.

Question 6

Will every product suit my pet or circumstances?

Accepted Answer

No guide promises that a product will suit every pet, household or circumstance. Check the current product information and make your own decision.
